Here are the basic rules of the Calcutta:
The Auction takes place on Wednesday March 15th, at 6:00pm. Teams will go to the highest bidder. Teams seeded 14-16 in each regional will be sold as a group of 3. Play-in game participants for 11-12 seeds will be sold as a group of 2 as well.
There is one 'official' owner for each team. This will be the official contact person for anything having to do with that team. If groups of people decide to combine their efforts for a team, they must elect an official owner as their point man. If a team is later traded in the 'secondary market', both consortiums should contact me so that I can keep track of it for the final results.
